Bus to Heathrow

See below the wide bus offer at Heathrow London Airport:

As a transport option to get to London city centre, bus is not the cheapest nor quickest option. In that sense, Underground is a better choice. However, if you prefer to take a bus, there ar the following options available: 

HEATHROW CENTRAL BUS STATION 

This station is where most of the services depart at the Airport. All buses stops are located there. 

The Heathrow Central Bus Station can be found between Terminals 2 and 3. It is possible to get there within a short walk. Station is open 24 hours, although the travel centre has the following service hours: From 06:00am to 11:30pm.

NATIONAL EXPRESS 

It is one of the most popular options to get to London city centre. 

It goes to Victoria Station in just 50 minutes and frequency is every 15 minutes. 

Tickets must be bought online, we recommend buying tickets at the earliest. 

Fare is £6-£7.50 one way. 

other Local buses

A lot of different buses run to different destinations along west London and Thames Valley. Those buses stand for low-cost frequent services.

There are different local bus companies (London Buses, First Berkshire and The Thames Valley, among others) that run to nearby towns and London suburban areas.

Some of the bus routes available are: 105, 111, 278, 285, 350, 423, among others. 

Fares

Adult fare (£1.50 by Oyster, Visitor Oyster or contactless payment card), Children from 5 to 18 years old may travel for free or have discounted travel fare.

Buses to rail stations

From Heathrow Airport it is possible to get to the following stations locations by the rail-air bus links: Woking, Reading, Feltham and Watform Junction.

First Bus, RailAir connects Heathrow Terminals, 2, 3 and 5 to Reading and Guildford train stations.

Night bus

Bus N9 runs to Central London during night hours, when trains are not running. 

In order to use the bus, passengers need to have an Oyster Card. Get more information here

Hotel SHUTTLES

Various hotels located in the surroundings of the airport offer direct bus services that operate between Heathrow Airport and their facilities.

Departures are done at Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5.

Fares: Single ticket: £5.00, return ticket: £9.00.
